Verification evidence needs an issuer, subject, applicable scope and current status. Distinct ownership, trust and legal claims remain distinct.

Individual verification resolution is excluded from search indexing. The public explanation can be discoverable without exposing individual verification results.

A copied mark or screenshot cannot establish that a credential remains current. A real verification route must resolve its current owner evidence.
