Category and service context shape a Presence. Minimum facts, meaningful private tests and appropriate checks prepare the offer before the relevant payment and public activation steps.

The current offer must identify the payer and beneficiary, included capabilities, limits, term, support, taxes, fees and any renewal conditions. Payment does not create verified trust or public availability.

A change of plan should preserve the same Presence under its lawful data, namespace and paid-through obligations. Founder benefits are temporary overlays on that Presence; legitimate serial provenance is a separate fact.
