Data is not equally cheap. Devices are not equally powerful. Connectivity is not equally predictable. Useful services should respect those realities through readable pages, deliberate data use and recoverable journeys.
Local language, geography and ways of working matter. They belong in product design, alongside global participation.
Protect the person.
Identity, dignity and continuity come before commercial access. A paid plan cannot buy trust, erase rights or create a second identity.
Make participation practical.
Local service conditions may shape which capabilities can run, while the same person’s work and relationships continue. Prices, supported payment methods and availability must be clear before a commitment.
