A conversation can request a booking, support action or correction. The responsible service decides whether the action is allowed and records its outcome. A conversational answer alone is not a payment or a confirmed transaction.

Interruptions, handoff and recovery belong in the conversation. Relevant rights and support paths should remain reachable even when a capability is paused.
